Meet Charlotte, Bacon, and Beans. Our kids may as well move in with them, they spend so much time out there . Hopefully the newness doesn't wear off too soon, someone is going to have to clean this pigpen!
When we picked out our pigs, Paige picked the runt. Have you ever been in a room, 40' x20', filled with 75 pigs? How did she focus in on the runt? Darren almost told her she couldn't have that one, but he didn't have the heart. It's all about having the cutest ham on the block.
What have I learned from this so far? That there are reasons for the stereotypes relating to pigs. "You eat like a pig", "This place is a pig pen", "She squealed like a pig". Because pigs really are - PIGS!
